Respectful Marketplace

Wild Pines expects buyers and sellers to communicate professionally and respectfully. Harassment, threats, bullying, hate-based conduct, unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and other abusive behavior are not permitted.

Wild Pines may take appropriate action when marketplace conduct violates these standards, applicable law, or creates a legitimate safety concern for another user.

Protecting Wild Pines Customers

Information a seller receives about a Wild Pines buyer is provided for legitimate transaction purposes. Sellers may not treat that information as an independent customer list, use it to solicit unrelated business, or intentionally divert Wild Pines customers to outside sales channels.

Wild Pines' role

Wild Pines operates the Platform and provides marketplace tools. Independent sellers are responsible for their merchandise, listings, fulfillment, and legal compliance; buyers are responsible for their purchasing decisions and conduct. Providing payment, shipping, tracking, communication, or timed transaction-record tools does not make Wild Pines the seller, carrier, insurer, manufacturer, owner, or guarantor of a third-party item or transaction.

The Terms of Service state the applicable warranty disclaimers and limits on Wild Pines' liability. Those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
