Wild Pines Marketplace
Last updated: October 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy governs shipments for eligible transactions completed through Wild Pines Marketplace ("Wild Pines").
Wild Pines may provide shipping rates, prepaid labels, tracking, delivery-status information, and other shipping services through independent carriers and shipping technology providers.
Wild Pines is not the carrier, shipper, freight forwarder, insurer, or owner of a seller's merchandise merely because it provides those Platform tools. Sellers remain responsible for the merchandise they sell and for proper packaging and tender to the selected carrier.
This policy forms part of the Wild Pines Terms of Service and Seller Agreement.
Sellers are responsible for:
Shipping rates displayed through Wild Pines may be obtained from independent carriers or shipping technology providers based on information available at the time the rate is requested.
Rates may depend on origin, destination, package dimensions, package weight, service level, carrier, surcharges, and other shipment characteristics.
The shipping service and amount selected during checkout will be associated with the applicable order.
Delivery dates and transit times displayed by Wild Pines are estimates based on information supplied by carriers or shipping providers unless a carrier expressly identifies a service as guaranteed.
Estimated transit time generally begins after the carrier accepts the package, not when the buyer places the order or when a shipping label is created.
Weather, carrier operations, holidays, address issues, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Wild Pines may allow or require sellers to purchase or generate a prepaid shipping label through the Platform.
When a Wild Pines shipping label is provided, the seller must use that label only for the corresponding order and package.
Sellers may not duplicate, alter, reuse, transfer, counterfeit, or intentionally misuse shipping labels.
Creating a shipping label does not establish that the carrier has received the package.
An order may display "Preparing for Shipment," "Label Created," or a similar status while tracking remains in pre-transit.
Wild Pines may change an order to "Shipped" after receiving a qualifying carrier or shipping-provider tracking event indicating that the package has entered the carrier network.
Sellers must provide reasonably accurate package information when Wild Pines requires weight or dimensions.
For smaller standard merchandise, Wild Pines may permit an estimated packaged weight. Heavy, oversized, unusually shaped, or otherwise qualifying merchandise may require exact packaged weight and dimensions before shipping rates can be calculated.
Package information should describe the physical parcel being shipped, including packaging, rather than only the unpackaged merchandise.
A single listing unit may represent a complete set while requiring multiple physical parcels for shipment.
For example, one complete set may be purchased as a quantity of one while being fulfilled using multiple separately labeled packages.
Wild Pines may calculate one combined shipping selection for the buyer while generating multiple package labels for the seller.
The seller must ship every required parcel belonging to the complete order.
Multi-package orders may contain separate tracking numbers and tracking statuses for each physical package.
Wild Pines may display aggregate progress such as "2 of 4 packages delivered."
Delivery of one package does not constitute delivery of the complete order when additional required packages remain outstanding.
Wild Pines may receive tracking information from carriers, Shippo, other shipping providers, sellers, or other authorized sources.
Tracking information may include pre-transit, transit, out-for- delivery, delivered, exception, return-to-sender, failure, or other carrier statuses.
Wild Pines may use tracking events to administer order status, Buyer Protection, seller earnings, disputes, and other transaction functions.
Carrier tracking may not update immediately after a package is dropped off.
Sellers should retain appropriate shipment evidence when a carrier acceptance scan is delayed or unavailable.
Wild Pines may request additional information if tracking does not show expected movement.
Sellers must package merchandise in a manner reasonably appropriate for its weight, dimensions, fragility, value, and transportation method.
Appropriate packaging may include sturdy exterior packaging, cushioning, internal protection, sealing, and other measures reasonably necessary to protect the merchandise during normal carrier handling.
Sellers should comply with any additional packaging requirements imposed by the selected carrier.
Sellers may not use Wild Pines shipping services to transport merchandise prohibited by Wild Pines, applicable law, or the selected carrier.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether merchandise is subject to hazardous-material, battery, liquid, aerosol, restricted commodity, or other special shipping requirements.
An item being permitted for sale does not necessarily mean it is eligible for every shipping service.
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address during checkout.
Sellers must ship to the address associated with the Wild Pines order unless Wild Pines expressly authorizes another address.
Users should not privately redirect a transaction to an alternate address when doing so would bypass Wild Pines transaction records or applicable protections.
A buyer who discovers an address problem should contact Wild Pines Support promptly.
Depending on transaction status, cancellation and repurchase may be safer than modifying a shipment after purchase.
Wild Pines cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after a label has been purchased or a package has entered the carrier network.
Carriers may audit shipment information after accepting a package.
Additional charges may result from inaccurate weight or dimensions, oversized packaging, address corrections, prohibited packaging, service changes, special handling, or other carrier adjustments.
To the extent permitted by law, Wild Pines may allocate or recover a legitimate carrier adjustment from the party responsible for the inaccurate or improper shipment information.
Sellers may be responsible for losses or additional costs resulting from shipping the wrong item, omitting merchandise, using the wrong label, providing materially inaccurate package information, insufficient packaging, or otherwise failing to fulfill the order properly.
If a shipment appears lost, the buyer and seller should preserve tracking, carrier records, package-level information, shipment evidence, and their written transaction communications.
The buyer and seller may work directly with the applicable carrier or shipping provider when a carrier investigation or claim is appropriate.
Any carrier outcome depends on the carrier's terms, available evidence, applicable coverage, and applicable law. The standard Wild Pines transaction process remains the timed process stated in the Buyer Protection and Refund Policy.
Buyers should photograph damaged merchandise, exterior packaging, interior packaging, shipping labels, and visible damage promptly after delivery.
Buyers should retain the merchandise and packaging while a direct seller arrangement, carrier process, payment-provider process, or other applicable process is unresolved.
Buyers and sellers may need to cooperate with carrier or shipping-provider claims under the carrier's applicable terms.
If carrier tracking indicates delivery but the buyer cannot locate the package, the buyer should promptly check the delivery area, household members, building staff where applicable, and any delivery details supplied by the carrier.
The buyer should report an unresolved problem through the applicable Wild Pines order during the inspection window and use the written self-resolution record with the seller.
The automated process uses a carrier-confirmed complete-order delivery event to start the 48-hour inspection window; it does not make Wild Pines the carrier's insurer or a routine referee of the underlying delivery disagreement.
A buyer should not refuse or intentionally fail to claim a shipment as a substitute for following the Wild Pines return or Buyer Protection process.
Additional carrier charges, return shipping, or transaction consequences resulting from an unjustified refusal may be allocated as permitted by law and Wild Pines policy.
A shipment may be returned to the seller because of an invalid address, failed delivery, refusal, carrier restriction, or other delivery issue.
The buyer and seller may make a lawful direct arrangement about a reshipment or return. The standard automated process does not decide responsibility for a return-to-sender shipment.
Wild Pines may offer discounted, subsidized, or free shipping for qualifying transactions.
Promotional shipping may be limited based on package size, weight, actual carrier cost, order value, buyer eligibility, first-purchase status, seller participation, promotional budget, geographic region, or other disclosed conditions.
Wild Pines may establish a maximum shipping subsidy. Any carrier cost above the applicable subsidy may remain payable by the buyer, seller, or another party as disclosed for the promotion.
When checkout displays $0 shipping, the buyer is being charged $0 for the applicable shipping portion of that transaction.
The carrier may still charge for transporting the package. Wild Pines, the seller, a promotional program, or another authorized source may fund some or all of that cost.
Wild Pines may allow eligible items from the same seller to be combined into a shipment when operationally appropriate.
Combining eligible items may reduce shipping cost, but Wild Pines does not guarantee that every group of items can be safely or economically combined.
Wild Pines may offer shipping promotions including first-purchase discounts, limited-time promotions, threshold-based discounts, seller-funded shipping, or other programs.
Promotions may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued prospectively according to their disclosed terms and applicable law.
Certain shipping services may include carrier liability coverage or may permit additional insurance or protection.
The existence, amount, exclusions, documentation requirements, and claim procedures for such coverage depend on the applicable carrier, provider, and service.
Wild Pines does not represent that every shipment is insured for the full retail value of the merchandise unless expressly stated for the transaction.
Wild Pines does not promise to submit or adjudicate carrier claims in the standard marketplace process. The seller and buyer may pursue an available carrier claim under the carrier's terms.
The party pursuing a carrier claim is responsible for the carrier's required documentation and deadlines.
Submission of a carrier claim does not guarantee that the carrier will approve or pay the claim.
Wild Pines may limit initial marketplace shipping to supported domestic destinations.
If international shipping is offered in the future, additional customs, duties, taxes, prohibited-item, documentation, carrier, and import/export requirements may apply.
Shipping services depend on independent carriers and technology providers. Available carriers, service levels, rates, and features may change.
Wild Pines may add, remove, suspend, or change supported shipping services when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, reliability, cost, legal compliance, or provider requirements.
Wild Pines may use carrier tracking and complete-order delivery status when determining when the 48-hour buyer inspection period begins and when seller earnings become eligible for release.
For a multi-package order, delivery of fewer than all required packages may not satisfy the complete-order delivery requirement.
Shipping-related transaction disputes are also subject to the Wild Pines Buyer Protection Policy, Seller Agreement, and Terms of Service.
The standard shipping-dispute process does not make Wild Pines a routine merits-adjudicator. It records the issue, applies the timed proceeds hold, and preserves the parties' written resolution record.
False tracking, empty-package shipments, label manipulation, intentional package substitutions, fabricated loss claims, false delivery claims, and other shipping fraud are prohibited.
Wild Pines may restrict accounts, cancel transactions, hold or reverse eligible proceeds, preserve relevant information, or take other reasonable action when shipping fraud is supported by the available evidence.
Wild Pines may update this Shipping Policy prospectively as supported carriers, shipping technology, marketplace programs, or legal requirements change.
Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
Users experiencing a shipping problem should use the applicable order's support or "Report a Problem" function when available so Wild Pines can identify the correct transaction and tracking information.
