Wild Pines Marketplace
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Wild Pines Marketplace ("Wild Pines") is a peer-to-peer marketplace for lawful physical goods. This Prohibited Items Policy identifies merchandise and transactions that may not be listed, purchased, sold, or facilitated through the Platform.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether their merchandise may legally be offered, sold, possessed, shipped, and delivered.
Wild Pines may apply Platform restrictions, but it does not inspect, certify, warehouse, transport, insure, or guarantee third-party merchandise. Listing availability does not mean Wild Pines has verified that an item is lawful, safe, authentic, or suitable for sale.
This policy forms part of the Wild Pines Terms of Service and Seller Agreement.
Users may not list, purchase, sell, request, or facilitate any item, service, or transaction prohibited by applicable federal, state, local, or other governing law.
An item is not permitted merely because it can technically be uploaded to the Platform.
Stolen, unlawfully obtained, embezzled, fraudulently acquired, or misappropriated property is prohibited.
Sellers must own merchandise or have lawful authority from the owner to sell it.
Wild Pines may request reasonable proof of ownership or lawful possession when circumstances create a legitimate concern.
Counterfeit merchandise, unauthorized replicas represented as genuine, fake branded goods, and merchandise that unlawfully infringes another party's intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
Sellers may not use another party's trademark, copyrighted material, photographs, logos, or other protected content in a manner that violates applicable law.
Products that are unlawful to resell because of a government, manufacturer, or legally binding safety recall are prohibited.
Sellers are responsible for checking applicable safety and recall information before listing merchandise where a recall or safety issue may reasonably apply.
Wild Pines may remove merchandise when credible information indicates that continued sale presents a significant safety or legal risk.
Firearms, ammunition, firearm receivers or frames, explosives, destructive devices, and items whose primary purpose is to function as regulated firearm or explosive components are prohibited.
Wild Pines may also prohibit firearm accessories or related items when necessary because of applicable law, payment-provider rules, shipping restrictions, insurance requirements, or marketplace safety.
Illegal weapons and weapons whose sale or shipment presents substantial regulatory or safety concerns are prohibited.
Wild Pines may restrict knives, impact weapons, electronic weapons, chemical self-defense products, weapon components, or similar products based on applicable law, carrier requirements, payment-provider rules, or marketplace risk.
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, recreational drugs prohibited by applicable law, drug-manufacturing materials, and products intended primarily to facilitate unlawful drug activity are prohibited.
Wild Pines may restrict cannabis, THC, intoxicating hemp products, psychedelic substances, and similar products regardless of legality in a particular state when they are incompatible with Wild Pines payment, shipping, insurance, or marketplace requirements.
Prescription-only medications, controlled medications, and regulated medical products that cannot lawfully be resold through the Platform are prohibited.
Wild Pines may restrict additional medical devices, diagnostic products, supplements, or health products when their sale requires licensing, professional supervision, special handling, or regulatory compliance that the Platform does not support.
Hazardous chemicals, poisons, toxic substances, radioactive materials, dangerous biological materials, and other products that cannot be lawfully or safely handled through Wild Pines shipping are prohibited.
Some otherwise lawful products may also be restricted when carrier hazardous-material requirements cannot be supported by the Platform.
Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, nicotine products, vaping products, and other age-restricted intoxicating products are prohibited unless Wild Pines expressly establishes a compliant program for the applicable category.
Wild Pines does not currently provide age-verification infrastructure intended for these categories.
Human remains, organs, tissue, blood, bodily fluids, biological specimens, and other regulated human biological material are prohibited.
Live animals are prohibited unless Wild Pines expressly creates a compliant category for them.
Endangered-species products, illegally obtained wildlife, ivory or other wildlife products prohibited by applicable law, and merchandise derived from protected species are prohibited.
Pornographic material, sexually explicit services, and products whose primary purpose is adult sexual stimulation are prohibited unless Wild Pines expressly establishes a compliant category for them.
Any content involving sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, or minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or any merchandise or content that facilitates the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
Wild Pines may preserve and report information concerning suspected child exploitation when required or permitted by applicable law.
Merchandise whose primary purpose is to promote, fund, recruit for, or materially support designated terrorist organizations or unlawful extremist activity is prohibited.
Wild Pines may distinguish legitimate historical, journalistic, educational, or collectible material from merchandise intended to facilitate prohibited activity.
Government property that may not lawfully be privately sold, restricted law-enforcement or military property, active official credentials, government identification documents, and similar restricted items are prohibited.
Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, payment-card information, authentication credentials, identity documents, stolen personal data, and other sensitive information may not be sold or transferred through Wild Pines.
Users may not use Wild Pines to sell or exchange financial accounts, payment credentials, stored-value balances, securities, loans, cryptocurrency interests, money-transmission services, or other regulated financial products unless Wild Pines expressly supports the applicable transaction.
Genuine collectible currency may be permitted where lawful and not used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or prohibited financial activity.
Gift cards, stored-value cards, prepaid payment products, account balances, promotional credits, and similar instruments may be restricted because of fraud and payment risk.
Sellers should not list these products unless the applicable Wild Pines category expressly permits them.
Illegal gambling services, wagers, lottery interests, betting accounts, gambling credits, and products primarily intended to facilitate unlawful gambling are prohibited.
Event tickets, transportation tickets, reservations, licenses, permits, or other access rights may be restricted where resale is prohibited, regulated, non-transferable, or unsupported by Wild Pines.
Wild Pines is primarily designed for physical merchandise.
Digital accounts, software-license credentials, game accounts, streaming accounts, login credentials, activation keys, virtual currency, and other purely digital goods may not be listed unless Wild Pines expressly enables the applicable category.
Malware, ransomware, credential-stealing software, unauthorized spyware, malicious hacking tools, and products primarily designed for unlawful surveillance or unauthorized access are prohibited.
Products whose primary purpose is to unlawfully bypass access controls, steal services, defeat payment systems, manipulate regulated equipment, or facilitate unlawful access may be prohibited.
Sellers of children's merchandise must take particular care to ensure that products are lawful to resell and are not subject to a recall or resale prohibition.
Wild Pines may remove children's products when credible safety information indicates a substantial risk.
Perishable food, homemade food, temperature-controlled products, products requiring special food licenses, and food that cannot be safely shipped through supported services may be restricted or prohibited.
Wild Pines may establish additional requirements before permitting food categories.
Used, contaminated, adulterated, recalled, unlawfully labeled, or otherwise unsafe cosmetics and personal-care products are prohibited.
Wild Pines may impose condition or packaging requirements on eligible personal-care products.
Sellers may not make fraudulent, unlawful, or materially misleading medical, health, safety, certification, or regulatory claims about merchandise.
Motor vehicles, titled property, or other merchandise requiring specialized title transfer, registration, escrow, licensing, or transaction infrastructure may be restricted unless Wild Pines expressly supports that category.
Ordinary lawful automotive parts and accessories may be permitted subject to the remainder of this policy.
Wild Pines is primarily a physical-goods marketplace. Professional services, labor, rentals, financial services, transportation, regulated services, and other service transactions are not permitted unless Wild Pines expressly creates functionality for the applicable category.
Listings that conceal the material nature of what the buyer is purchasing, use deceptive chance-based mechanics, or materially misrepresent the expected contents may be prohibited.
Wild Pines may establish specific rules for bundles, lots, and surprise-style merchandise before allowing those formats.
Sellers must have a lawful and reliable ability to fulfill merchandise they list.
Wild Pines may restrict retail-arbitrage or drop-shipping practices that cause misleading listings, unreliable fulfillment, counterfeit risk, packaging confusion, or transactions inconsistent with the peer-to-peer marketplace.
An item may be lawful to own or sell but still be prohibited from Wild Pines if supported carriers cannot lawfully or safely transport it.
Sellers must comply with carrier restrictions involving hazardous materials, batteries, liquids, aerosols, perishables, restricted commodities, package dimensions, and other shipment requirements.
Users may not intentionally misspell product names, use coded descriptions, conceal merchandise in unrelated categories, omit material photographs, move prohibited transactions into private messages, or otherwise attempt to evade this policy.
Users may report suspicious or prohibited listings through Wild Pines reporting or support tools.
Reports should identify the listing and explain the suspected policy or legal issue as accurately as reasonably possible.
Knowingly false reports intended to harass another user are prohibited.
Wild Pines may remove listings, cancel transactions, restrict categories, request documentation, suspend selling privileges, hold eligible proceeds, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy.
Enforcement may consider the nature and severity of the violation, user history, available evidence, legal obligations, payment risk, and marketplace safety.
Wild Pines may preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or legitimate legal obligations.
Wild Pines may also make legally permitted reports concerning suspected fraud, stolen property, child exploitation, threats, counterfeit activity, or other unlawful conduct.
Wild Pines may add, remove, or modify prohibited and restricted categories prospectively as laws, carrier requirements, payment-provider requirements, insurance conditions, product-safety concerns, or marketplace risks evolve.
Questions or reports concerning prohibited merchandise may be submitted through Wild Pines Support.
