This Privacy Policy explains how Wild Pines Marketplace LLC ("Wild Pines," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the Wild Pines Marketplace website, applications, marketplace services, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use Wild Pines, you may provide information such as:

• Name and username.
• Email address and telephone number.
• Billing and shipping addresses.
• Profile information and profile photographs.
• Listing photographs, descriptions, prices, and item information.
• Buyer-seller messages and support communications.
• Order, return, refund, and dispute information.
• Shipping and package information.
• Marketing and communication preferences.
• Other information you choose to provide to Wild Pines.

Sellers may be required to provide additional information for identity verification, payment processing, tax administration, marketplace safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

This information may include:

• Legal name and business name.
• Business or residential address.
• Telephone number and email address.
• Date of birth.
• Taxpayer identification information.
• Government-issued identification.
• Business-registration information.
• Banking or payout-account information.
• Information required by payment providers or applicable marketplace laws.

Some verification information may be collected directly by Stripe or another service provider rather than being stored directly by Wild Pines.

Wild Pines uses third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe and Stripe Connect, to process marketplace payments and seller payouts.

Payment providers may collect payment-card information, bank-account information, identity information, and other financial information necessary to provide their services.

Wild Pines generally receives transaction information and limited payment-method information rather than complete payment-card numbers.

Wild Pines may display limited payment information such as card brand and the final digits of a payment card when useful for transaction records.

When you buy or sell through Wild Pines, we may collect and maintain information concerning the transaction, including:

• Items purchased or sold.
• Order numbers and transaction dates.
• Item prices and quantities.
• Marketplace charges, including the Wild Pines Service Fee.
• Taxes.
• Shipping services and charges.
• Refunds and cancellations.
• Seller earnings and payout status.
• Reported transaction issues and payment disputes.

Wild Pines may collect and process information necessary to calculate shipping rates, generate labels, provide tracking, and administer delivery.

This may include:

• Sender and recipient names and addresses.
• Package weight and dimensions.
• Selected carrier and service.
• Shipping-label information.
• Tracking numbers.
• Carrier tracking events.
• Delivery and exception information.

Wild Pines currently uses Shippo and participating shipping carriers to provide certain shipping functionality.

Wild Pines may process messages sent through marketplace communication tools and information submitted to Wild Pines Support.

We may use this information to provide transaction support, resolve disputes, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce marketplace rules, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.

When you access Wild Pines, we and our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

• IP address.
• Browser and device type.
• Operating system.
• Pages or features accessed.
• Approximate timestamps and session information.
• Referring pages or links.
• Error, performance, and security information.
• Cookie or similar technology identifiers.

Wild Pines and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, or similar mechanisms to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, operate marketplace features, measure performance, and prevent fraud.

Additional consent or preference controls will be provided where required by applicable law.

Wild Pines may use personal information to:

• Create and administer accounts.
• Operate marketplace listings.
• Process purchases and sales.
• Calculate shipping rates and create labels.
• Provide tracking and delivery information.
• Administer seller earnings and payouts.
• Operate the delivery-based transaction hold and self-resolution process.
• Process seller-approved refunds, cancellations, and payment-provider disputes.
• Prevent fraud and marketplace abuse.
• Authenticate and secure accounts.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve marketplace functionality and reliability.
• Enforce our Terms and policies.
• Comply with tax, payment, marketplace, and other legal obligations.
• Send necessary service communications.
• Send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your preferences.

When necessary to complete a transaction, Wild Pines may provide a seller with limited buyer information reasonably required to fulfill or support the order.

Depending on the transaction, this may include the buyer's name, shipping address, order information, marketplace communications, and other information reasonably necessary for fulfillment.

Wild Pines does not provide sellers with complete buyer payment-card information.

Information provided to a seller through Wild Pines is provided for the limited purpose of completing and supporting legitimate Wild Pines transactions and satisfying applicable legal obligations.

Sellers may not use Wild Pines buyer information to independently prospect for customers, create external customer databases, divert customers away from Wild Pines, or market unrelated products or services without an independent lawful basis and any consent required by applicable law.

Sellers may not use information obtained through Wild Pines to:

• Direct or solicit a Wild Pines buyer to purchase through the seller's own website, store, application, payment link, social account, telephone ordering system, or other outside sales channel for the purpose of circumventing Wild Pines.
• Add Wild Pines buyers to external email, SMS, direct-mail, or other marketing lists without an independent lawful basis and required consent.
• Upload Wild Pines buyer information to advertising, audience, retargeting, or customer-matching platforms for independent marketing.
• Sell, rent, license, disclose, or commercially exploit buyer information obtained through Wild Pines.
• Scrape, export, compile, or aggregate Wild Pines customer information for independent customer acquisition.
• Contact a buyer for purposes unrelated to the legitimate Wild Pines transaction, except where independently authorized by the buyer and permitted by law.

These restrictions continue after completion of the transaction and after termination or closure of the seller's Wild Pines account.

Sellers may not use buyer information, marketplace messages, order packaging, or other Wild Pines transaction access primarily to divert buyers to an outside sales channel.

Sellers may not include business cards, QR codes, promotional inserts, coupons, website addresses, payment instructions, or similar materials in an order when their purpose is to encourage Wild Pines customers to bypass the Platform for future marketplace transactions.

Sellers may include materials reasonably necessary to identify, operate, use, care for, warranty, or safely handle the merchandise when those materials are legitimate components of the product or transaction.

Wild Pines may provide buyers with seller profile, username, listing, transaction, and communication information reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a marketplace transaction.

Wild Pines may also display additional seller identity or contact information when disclosure is required by applicable marketplace law, including requirements applicable to qualifying high-volume sellers.

Wild Pines may disclose information to service providers that process information on our behalf or provide infrastructure necessary to operate the Platform.

These providers may include companies that provide:

• Cloud hosting and database infrastructure.
• Authentication.
• Payment processing and seller payouts.
• Shipping rates, labels, and tracking.
• Email and communications.
• Fraud prevention and security.
• Analytics and performance monitoring.
• Artificial-intelligence functionality.
• Customer support.

Wild Pines uses Supabase infrastructure for portions of the Platform's database, authentication, storage, and related functionality.

Information processed through Supabase is used to operate Wild Pines accounts, listings, transactions, marketplace functionality, and related services.

Wild Pines uses Stripe and Stripe Connect for payment processing, seller onboarding, connected accounts, transaction administration, and seller payouts.

Stripe may independently collect and process identity, payment, financial, tax, device, and transaction information according to its own legal obligations and privacy practices.

Wild Pines uses Shippo and participating carriers for shipping rates, prepaid labels, package information, tracking, and delivery functionality.

Shipping information may be transmitted to Shippo and applicable carriers as necessary to provide those services.

Wild Pines may provide artificial-intelligence-assisted features, including tools that help sellers generate or improve listing content.

Information submitted to an AI-assisted feature may be transmitted to an AI service provider, including OpenAI, when necessary to generate the requested output.

Users should not intentionally submit Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, passwords, financial-account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information to listing generation or other AI tools.

AI-generated content should be reviewed by the user before publication. Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that published listings are accurate.

Wild Pines may use account, transaction, payment, shipping, device, communications, and other information to identify and investigate suspected fraud, account takeover, payment abuse, prohibited merchandise, policy violations, and other marketplace threats.

Information may be shared with payment providers, shipping providers, financial institutions, service providers, or authorities when reasonably necessary and legally permitted for these purposes.

Wild Pines may preserve, use, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, tax requirements, valid legal process, court orders, government requests, or other legal obligations.

We may also use or disclose information when legally permitted to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Wild Pines, our users, service providers, or others.

Applicable federal marketplace law may require Wild Pines to collect, verify, maintain, periodically certify, and in certain circumstances disclose specified information concerning qualifying high-volume third-party sellers.

Wild Pines may process and disclose seller information as necessary to comply with those requirements.

Wild Pines and its service providers may process transaction, identity, seller, and tax information to calculate, collect, report, remit, document, or otherwise administer tax and regulatory obligations.

Wild Pines may send marketplace news, promotions, new-item highlights, seasonal messages, recommendations, and similar marketing communications where permitted by law.

Marketing communications will provide an applicable unsubscribe or preference mechanism.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent Wild Pines from sending transaction, account, security, legal, shipping, payout, dispute, or other communications reasonably necessary to provide the Platform.

Wild Pines intends to provide account controls for optional marketplace promotions and recommendations.

Where required, promotional communications will be based on appropriate consent or another lawful basis and will remain separate from required service communications.

Wild Pines does not sell complete payment-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or authentication credentials to third parties for advertising or customer solicitation.

Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protection of the information.

Wild Pines retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, legal, and compliance purposes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, transaction status, legal requirements, payment-provider obligations, and marketplace safety needs.

Closing an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of information that Wild Pines must or is permitted to retain.

Wild Pines uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify Wild Pines promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.

Depending on applicable law and the nature of your request, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or other processing of personal information.

Wild Pines may need to verify the identity of a person submitting a privacy request before fulfilling the request.

Certain information may be retained when permitted or required for fraud prevention, transactions, taxes, accounting, disputes, security, or legal compliance.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law.

Wild Pines will provide and honor applicable rights as the Platform becomes subject to those requirements.

Wild Pines will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Wild Pines is not intended for children who are legally unable to enter into marketplace transactions or provide required consent.

Wild Pines does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If we learn that information was collected in circumstances requiring deletion or parental authorization, we will take appropriate action.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Wild Pines is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties.

Users should review the privacy practices of a third-party service before providing information directly to that service.

Wild Pines is currently designed primarily for the United States.

If Wild Pines expands into additional jurisdictions, we may update this Privacy Policy and implement additional privacy mechanisms required for those jurisdictions.

Wild Pines may update this Privacy Policy as marketplace features, service providers, legal requirements, or information practices change.

When required by applicable law, Wild Pines will provide appropriate notice before material changes become effective.
